Job description

About the role

Anthropic’s Investor Relations team connects the company with shareholders, prospective investors and the broader financial community. As the Operations Lead you will own the administrative and operational backbone that keeps the IR function running smoothly, from scheduling investor meetings to managing vendors and high‑profile events. You will work closely with the Head of Investor Relations and cross‑functional partners in Finance, Legal, Communications and Workplace.

Key responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate investor calls, meetings and briefings across multiple time zones, managing calendars and prioritising demand.
  • Partner with internal teams and on‑site staff to plan and execute investor events, visits and other in‑person engagements.
  • Prepare the IR team and executives for investor conversations and capture follow‑ups.
  • Own vendor relationships for IR‑related services, handling scope, budget and performance.
  • Set agendas, track deliverables and ensure commitments are met on time.
  • Maintain the investor contact database, interaction history and shared materials, selecting and running tracking tools.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners on logistical questions.
  • Document and improve recurring IR processes from intake to post‑meeting follow‑up.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Legal and Communications to review investor‑facing materials.
  • Support ad‑hoc projects as IR priorities evolve.

Required profile

  • Experience coordinating complex calendars, meetings or events across multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, including scope, budget and performance tracking.
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Judgment handling sensitive, confidential and market‑sensitive information.
  • Comfort operating autonomously in a newly formed team and building processes from scratch.

Required skills

  • Familiarity with CRM tools for tracking shareholder engagement.
  • Comfort using AI‑powered tools to increase productivity.

What we offer

  • Competitive salary range $200,000–$265,000 USD per year.
  • Equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave.
  • Flexible working hours and hybrid office policy.
  • Collaborative office space in San Francisco.
