Operations Lead, Insurance

About the role

Camber is looking for an Operations Lead to be the foundational architect of its Operations function. You will own key workflows, solving complex problems by designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, data‑driven systems that keep day‑to‑day operations flawless and enable the delivery of care.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize financial outcomes by improving insurance billing for clinics and patients.
• Translate operational needs into product requirements for Engineering and Product teams.
• Drive new initiatives (0‑1) by laying the strategic and operational groundwork.
• Develop and implement core scalable processes in partnership with cross‑functional teams.
• Analyze operational data to define strategy, accelerate progress, and ensure delivery on OKRs and roadmap goals.

Required profile

• 5‑7+ years of operational experience, ideally within a high‑growth company.
• Strategic Problem Solver: embraces ambiguity and tackles complex challenges to drive strategy and deliver concrete outcomes.
