Operations Coordinator

About the role

Serve Robotics is expanding its commercial delivery network and needs an Operations Coordinator to keep daily activities running smoothly. You will act as the bridge between field agents, piloting teams, and leadership, ensuring robot deployments are on schedule and operational goals are met.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily robot deployments, linking Field Agents with Piloting teams to guarantee on‑time operations.
• Monitor live operations, resolve issues in real time, and escalate critical problems to minimize service disruptions.
• Enforce compliance with SOPs, safety protocols, and quality standards across all teams.
• Track and report key metrics such as deployment efficiency, service uptime, and utilization.
• Support the Sr. Operations Supervisor in resource prioritization, workload balancing, and test‑plan execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with at least 3 years in operations, logistics, or customer service.
• Strong organizational, collaboration, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure, work independently, and handle flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and willingness to drive mid‑size utility vehicles.
