Operations Associate – Field Support for Autonomous Delivery Robots

About the role

As an Operations Associate you will ensure the smooth and reliable performance of autonomous delivery robots in the field. You will provide hands‑on assistance, perform light maintenance such as cleaning sensors, and help guarantee that deliveries are completed safely and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain field readiness by supporting robots, ensuring timely response, coordination, and order fulfillment as business needs arise.
• Assist in deployment processes including preparation, inspection, cleaning and placement of robots.
• Track, document, and close escalation tickets while maintaining clear communication and supporting documentation.
• Operate company vehicles safely to move, recover, or reposition robotic units as needed.
• Prioritize safety by adhering to company safety standards and escalating critical events.
• Manage end‑of‑shift recovery by securing, charging, sanitizing, and accounting for all robotic assets.
• Ensure proper handling, maintenance, and storage of company‑issued tools, devices, and protective gear.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive mid‑size utility vehicles.
• Capable of lifting and maneuvering items up to 50 pounds.
• Professional customer‑facing experience and ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills

• Experience with Jira.
• Experience using Slack for work communication.
