About the role

HEI is seeking a motivated Front Loader Operator to join its construction team in Dallas. The role involves safely operating company‑owned or rented heavy equipment while supporting general labor tasks on a variety of civil construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain three points of contact on all equipment at all times.
• Respond to signals and directions from crew members and coordinate work.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and complete the daily checklist.
• Clean, maintain, and report any needed repairs for the loader.
• Attend daily safety meetings with the crew.
• Operate equipment in compliance with safety policies, site rules, and traffic laws.
• Report safety violations and incidents to supervisors or the safety team.
• When not operating equipment, perform general labor duties on the job site.

Required profile

• High physical and mental stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials.
• Comfort working under pressure and in extreme weather conditions.
• Disciplined, reliable, and capable of problem solving.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience operating a variety of heavy equipment preferred.
