About the role

Join Renuity’s fast‑growing home‑improvement team as an on‑site Call Center Sales Representative. You will engage prospects who have shown interest, uncover their needs, and schedule consultations with product experts. This role blends outbound prospecting with inbound call handling to drive qualified appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to warm leads, aiming to book qualified appointments.
• Handle inbound calls from interested prospects and work toward the same scheduling goal.
• Accurately enter all appointment and customer details into the CRM system.
• Communicate clearly and confidently, overcoming objections and answering questions.

Required profile

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong multitasking ability – talk and type simultaneously while managing call volume.
• Proven capability to overcome objections and solve problems.
• No prior call‑center experience required.
