On‑Premise Sales Representative – Virginia Beach

About the role

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking an on‑premise Sales Representative to grow and maintain relationships with accounts in Virginia Beach. The role focuses on maximizing sales of supplier brands through planning, execution, and strong customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and follow an efficient daily routing pattern to call on accounts.
• Visit each account to identify opportunities, complete surveys, and ensure national account compliance.
• Deliver professional sales presentations, promote new products, and manage back‑bar placements.
• Maintain product inventory, restock shelves where legally permissible, and conduct staff training on priority brands.
• Process credits, returns, and manage receivables, including collecting payments where allowed.
• Achieve sales, volume, and distribution goals for supplier brands.
• Collaborate with management on inventory levels and forecast demand.
• Support new account openings and participate in sales blitzes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with at least 2 years of sales experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication, analytical and reporting abilities.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid driver’s license, and have reliable transportation with insurance.

Required skills

• Basic PC proficiency.
• Microsoft Office and presentation software.

• Base salary of $50,000 per year plus commission.
