On-Premise Sales Representative – Route 341

About the role

We are a leading company in the beer, wine and spirits industry seeking an On‑Premise Sales Representative to manage Route 341. You will work across Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter and Stuart, building strong relationships with accounts and driving sales of our supplier brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and follow an efficient daily routing pattern to cover assigned accounts.
• Visit each account, identify sales opportunities, complete required surveys and ensure compliance with national account standards.
• Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, promoting new products, back‑bar placements, drink and wine lists, and promotions.
• Maintain product inventory levels, conduct shelf restocking where legally permissible, and monitor out‑of‑stock situations.
• Provide education and training to account staff on priority brands.
• Manage account receivables, process credits and returns, and follow up on aged receivables.
• Address customer issues, deliver products in extenuating circumstances, and coordinate with management as needed.
• Achieve sales, volume and merchandising targets set by management.
• Collect payments and support new account openings in collaboration with the Field Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Current associate eligible to apply through the internal Career Portal.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for traveling to customer locations.
• Strong passion for customer service and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
