Offshore Surface Well Testing Operator

About the role

The offshore Surface Well Testing Operator based in Houma, LA is responsible for safe, efficient, and reliable delivery of well‑testing services to customers. The role involves operating testing equipment, capturing field data, and ensuring service quality while supporting continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Capture field data and prepare job invoice supporting documentation.
• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on schedule.
• Execute service delivery, including operation of well‑testing equipment.
• Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
• Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
• Engage in HSE and quality initiatives, wear required PPE, and follow safety policies.
• Maintain required safety training and certifications.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of well‑testing experience.
• Experience with deep‑water flowbacks and completions is a plus.
• Legal right to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Willingness to perform shop time between offshore assignments.

Required skills

• Operation of HP & LP separators.
• Operation of pumps.
• Operation of manifolds.
• Well‑testing equipment handling.
• Deep‑water flowback procedures (preferred).
• Completion operations (preferred).
