Off‑Shift Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

Join Nestlé USA as an Off‑Shift Maintenance Supervisor responsible for all maintenance functions that keep plant operations running efficiently. You will lead maintenance and operations teams in loss elimination, risk management, and life‑cycle asset management while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and zero loss.

Key responsibilities

• Guide the factory to reduce technical stoppages and ensure equipment reliability.
• Monitor plant and equipment trends to minimize planned and unplanned downtime.
• Lead job planning, material and service validation, and documentation of equipment history.
• Develop and coach a network of factory subject‑matter experts in the NCE Reliability program.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, quality and external partners to meet customer needs.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with equipment maintenance.
• Direct experience managing mechanics and knowledge of utilities/facility equipment preferred.
• Strong technical and leadership abilities, able to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks.

Required skills

• TPM / PM Pillar tools (Breakdown Analysis, Reliability Centered Maintenance, PM Optimization).
• Predictive maintenance technologies such as infrared, ultrasonic and vibration analysis.
• Proficiency with CMMS systems (SAP, Maximo) and data analysis for trend reporting.
• Knowledge of food‑safety regulatory requirements.
• Microsoft Office suite.
