About the role
Limitless East Marketing is looking for a highly organized Office Assistant to keep our office running smoothly. You will provide essential administrative support across multiple departments, ensuring daily operations are efficient and professional.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous, professional manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference rooms.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and reorder items as needed.
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports for internal and client use.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with office management software.
