About the role

Ochsner LSU Health System – Monroe Medical Center is seeking a Nocturnist Physician to join its academic hospitalist team. This full‑time position offers an opportunity to provide high‑quality inpatient care during night shifts while contributing to the institution’s teaching mission.

Key responsibilities

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians and nurses to develop customized care plans for each patient.
Provide physician leadership and input at all levels of administration.

Required profile

Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine and eligible for active Louisiana medical licensure.
Eligible for J‑1 or H‑1 visa sponsorship; pathway available for green‑card sponsorship.
