About the role

Kingman Healthcare Inc. is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to work night shifts in the Intensive Care Unit. The position offers a $25,000 sign‑on bonus and provides an opportunity to deliver compassionate, high‑quality care in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes in accordance with hospital policies.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to ensure safe, evidence‑based patient care and prevent healthcare‑associated conditions.

Required profile

• Associate Degree in Nursing (or Nursing Diploma) and a current Arizona RN license (or compact state license).
• Minimum five years of nursing experience, including at least one year in an acute‑care setting such as ICU, Med‑Surg, or similar.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS certification required upon hire; additional certifications (PALS, NRP, TNCC, etc.) as applicable to the unit.

Required skills

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification (when applicable).
• Basic EKG competency.
• De‑escalation techniques and emergency response skills.
