About the role

Law360, a LexisNexis company within RELX, is seeking a motivated News Assistant to support its legal news operation. This remote position works Monday‑Friday, 12 p.m. – 8 p.m. ET, and offers a pathway to reporting and writing articles.

Key responsibilities

Monitor federal and state court dockets for relevant filings.
Track regulatory databases, websites, and congressional hearings.
Pitch story ideas to editors and assist in editorial planning.
Maintain organized records of news leads and events.

Required profile

Demonstrated research and writing abilities.
Strong organizational skills.
Preference for experience in media or publishing.
Bachelor’s degree in journalism or a related field.
