Neuroscience Sales Specialist – Miami South Territory

About the role

The Neuroscience Sales Specialist will drive sales of Intra‑Cellular Therapies’ CAPLYTA® in the Miami South territory, covering areas such as Key West, Homestead, Kendall and parts of Coral Gables. The role focuses on building relationships with healthcare professionals and mental health community centers to improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales forecasts by calling on HCP offices and mental health centers both in‑person and virtually.
• Develop and execute local strategic and tactical plans, allocate resources, and manage budget and expenses.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the local market, practice structures, and key influencers, sharing insights with internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with regional managers and other sales specialists to capitalize on formulary approvals and other business opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of healthcare sales or B2B sales experience; three or more years in specialty pharmaceuticals preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree, valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record.
• Strong patient‑centric mindset, high integrity, and ability to work independently in a changing environment.
• Willingness to travel within the territory and occasional overnight trips.

Required skills

• Conversational proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Ability to analyze sales data and metrics to assess performance and identify opportunities.
• Experience presenting technical information to diverse healthcare audiences.
