Neuroscience Sales Specialist

About the role

The Neuroscience Sales Specialist will drive demand generation for Spravato and achieve sales performance goals within the Bakersfield territory. This role involves clinical selling, product differentiation, and building relationships with healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Generate demand for Spravato through clinical selling and use of approved studies and marketing aids.
• Develop and execute a territory coverage plan that maximizes selling time with healthcare professionals.
• Implement customer‑specific pre‑ and post‑call approaches while adhering to compliance guidelines.
• Collaborate with sales leadership, Neuro sales teams, market access, and training to coordinate efforts.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree.
• At least two years of experience in healthcare sales, account management, B2B sales, or recent active‑duty military service.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
• Willingness to reside in or relocate to the Bakersfield geography.

Required skills

• Analytical reasoning and data‑savvy approach.
• Strong understanding of neuroscience therapeutic areas.
• Experience with pharmaceutical sales and market knowledge.

• Base salary range $79,000 – $127,650 per year.
