Neuroscience Sales Representative

About the role

The Neuroscience Sales Representative will promote Intra-Cellular Therapies’ neuropsychiatric and neurologic products within the Williamsburg, KY territory. The role focuses on building relationships with primary‑care and specialty healthcare professionals, delivering compliant clinical information, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales performance by calling on primary‑care offices and selected targets both in‑person and virtually, meeting or exceeding forecasts.
• Develop deep product and disease‑state knowledge to educate healthcare professionals on clinical evidence, approved indications, and safety/efficacy profiles.
• Manage territory budget, allocate resources strategically, and report expenses, samples, and call data accurately.
• Collaborate with the District Manager to create and execute a local business plan, leveraging formulary approvals and other opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Minimum 1 + years of documented B2B sales success; pharmaceutical, biologics, or medical‑device experience preferred.
• Strong patient‑centric mindset, high integrity, and adherence to compliance policies.
• Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to adapt to evolving virtual‑care environments.
