Neurodiagnostic Supervisor – St. Mary

About the role

The Neurodiagnostic Supervisor provides supervision of neurodiagnostic testing and monitoring, advances the program, manages personnel, and ensures quality assessment and assurance. The role collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient care plans while upholding professional responsibility.

Key responsibilities

• Assure effective and safe delivery of patient care.
• Communicate effectively and work as a team member.
• Conduct professional development and coordinate clinical operations.
• Ensure required clinical knowledge, technical skills, training and credentials are maintained.
• Adapt behavior to specific patient populations and remain knowledgeable on applicable laws and accreditation standards.

Required profile

• Associate’s degree or higher in health care or a CAAHEP‑accredited Neurodiagnostic program.
• Minimum 3 years of neurodiagnostic experience (5 years preferred) with at least 1 year of supervisory/leadership experience.
• Registered with the Neurodiagnostic credentialing board (ABRET) and hold a credential such as EEG T., EP T., CLTM, NCS T., or CNIM.
• Preferred certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). Must be able to work a flexible schedule and travel between facilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in neurodiagnostic procedures (EEG, EP, CLTM, NCS, CNIM).
• Computer skills for data entry, retrieval and use of Windows‑style applications and neurodiagnostic software packages.
• Effective verbal and written communication for presenting information clearly and professionally.
