About the role

Ochsner Health is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Neuro‑Ophthalmologist to join a busy clinical team in New Orleans. The physician will work alongside an experienced neuro‑ophthalmologist and will have responsibilities for patient care, teaching, and optional research.

Key responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive neuro‑ophthalmology clinical services as a partner to a seasoned specialist.
Provide teaching to medical students and ophthalmology residents within the Department of Ophthalmology.
Participate in clinical research initiatives, if desired.

Required profile

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neuro‑Ophthalmology.
Commitment to education of medical students and residents.
Eligibility to work in the United States (J‑1 visa holders not accepted).
