Network Support Technician

About the role

Cal-Ore Telecommunications is looking for an experienced Network Support Technician to provide on‑site technical assistance for internet, transport, and fixed‑wireless services. The role involves provisioning, configuring, and troubleshooting customer‑facing equipment while delivering clear communication to customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer‑facing technical support for internet, transport, and fixed wireless services.
• Provision, configure, and troubleshoot routers, ONTs, and wireless radios.
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity, performance, and service issues.
• Participate in outage response, service turn‑ups, changes, migrations, and on‑call rotation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in network support, ISP, or telecommunications environments.
• Strong understanding of IP networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching, DHCP, DNS).
• Hands‑on experience with customer network equipment such as routers, ONTs, and fixed wireless devices.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work on‑site in Dorris, CA.
