About the role

The Network QA Engineer will join Infosys' Engineering unit in Temple Terrace, FL, focusing on quality assurance for telecom and network automation solutions. You will work on OSS/BSS, SDN‑NFV platforms and help deliver reliable, automated testing frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Document and refine business requirements and design decisions for network software solutions.
• Develop, code, and integrate new features while maintaining system stability.
• Conduct code reviews, manage code repositories, and implement test strategies using Selenium and Java.
• Analyze test results, coordinate bug fixes, and ensure software quality standards are met.
• Create user training materials, documentation, and support frameworks for smooth application transitions.
• Participate in production issue resolution and propose preventive measures to enhance reliability.
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities for knowledge sharing.
