Network QA Engineer (Tampa, FL)

About the role

Infosys is looking for a Network QA Engineer to join its Engineering unit in Tampa, FL. You will work on network‑centric automation and testing projects, helping to deliver high‑quality software solutions for telecom and SDN/NFV environments.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct interviews and workshops to capture user requirements and document stakeholder needs.
• Participate in design discussions, create process documentation, and develop code for new applications.
• Execute test plans, analyze results, report defects and support software performance improvements.
• Assist with integration of new features and ensure smooth transitions within existing infrastructure.
• Monitor live applications, troubleshoot issues promptly, and maintain comprehensive maintenance documentation.
• Document coding practices, testing methodologies, and technical solutions to enrich the team’s knowledge base.
