About the role

Infosys is seeking a Network QA Engineer to join its Engineering unit in Richardson, Texas. The role focuses on ensuring the quality and reliability of network automation solutions within the OSS/BSS and SDN‑NFV domains, leveraging automated testing frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Document and refine business requirements for network automation projects.
• Participate in software design discussions and capture design decisions.
• Develop, integrate, and maintain new features in existing applications while preserving system stability.
• Conduct code reviews, manage code repositories, and implement test strategies.
• Analyze test results, coordinate bug fixes, and uphold software quality standards.
• Create user training materials, documentation, and support frameworks for smooth application roll‑outs.
• Resolve production issues and propose preventive measures to improve reliability.
• Maintain detailed records of code changes, testing techniques, and support activities.

Required profile

• Strong collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage end‑to‑end SDLC phases from requirements gathering to implementation.
• Proven capability to translate complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
• Hands‑on coding experience with a proactive approach to testing and troubleshooting.
