Network QA Engineer

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Network QA Engineer to join its Engineering unit in Richardson, Texas. The role focuses on testing and quality assurance for network automation solutions within telecom OSS/BSS and SDN‑NFV environments, leveraging automated testing tools and Java‑based frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Document and contribute to business requirements during the elicitation process.
• Facilitate software design discussions and capture design decisions.
• Develop, code, and integrate new features or updates while maintaining system stability.
• Conduct code reviews, manage code repositories, and implement changes.
• Design and execute test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes.
• Create user training materials, documentation, and support frameworks.
• Resolve production issues and propose preventive measures to improve reliability.
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities.

Required profile

• Ability to manage end‑to‑end SDLC phases from requirements to implementation.
