Network QA Automation Engineer

About the role

The Network QA Automation Engineer will join Infosys' Engineering unit to support telecom and network service assurance initiatives. The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing solutions for network applications, ensuring high quality and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Document assigned parts of business requirements during the elicitation process.
• Facilitate software design discussions and capture design decisions for the development team.
• Participate in coding, integrate new features, and update existing applications while maintaining system stability.
• Conduct code reviews, modify the codebase, and manage code repositories.
• Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold software quality standards.
• Develop user training materials, documentation, and support frameworks for smooth software transitions.
• Resolve production issues and recommend preventive measures to improve system reliability.
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base.

Required profile
