Network Management Consultant (Remote)

About the role

HCSC is seeking a Network Management Consultant to join its provider network team on a remote basis. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with hospitals, physicians and physician groups while ensuring strategic coverage across the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, collaborate with, and manage risk for provider communities.
• Negotiate small to mid‑size contracts for hospitals, physicians and physician groups.
• Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with providers.
• Support complex hospital and physician contracting activities.
• Travel within the assigned territory when required, including occasional overnight stays.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least one year of experience developing and negotiating provider contracts, or five years in managed‑care operations.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational and planning abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience using Co‑pilot.
• Analytical skills and PC proficiency.
