Network Engineer

About the role

RLC is looking for a highly skilled Network Engineer to join its dynamic IT team. You will design, deploy, and maintain complex network, wireless, and security environments that support the organization’s growth and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain expertise in network, wireless, and security technologies to ensure optimal performance.
• Design, build, deploy, and administer complex network infrastructures, including routing, switching, wireless, and security solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements for performance, capacity, and scalability.
• Identify and implement network automation opportunities.
• Coordinate network changes following change‑management procedures.
• Develop and keep up‑to‑date as‑built documentation and operational reports.
• Collaborate with partners and vendors on new infrastructure deployments.
• Troubleshoot issues, resolve support tickets, and provide on‑call support as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience installing and supporting data network solutions.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience with enterprise routing, switching, wireless, security, and data‑center architectures.
• Proven leadership on critical network projects and mentorship of junior technicians.
• Active CCNA certification (required) and CCNP or higher (highly desirable).
• Associate degree or higher in a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
