National Account Manager – Strategic End Users – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a National Account Manager to lead strategic relationships with major general contractors across the United States. Working remotely, you will champion DEWALT professional tools and integrated jobsite solutions, helping contractors improve safety, productivity, and equipment standardization.

Key responsibilities

• Own and expand a national strategic account with a large general contractor, driving tool adoption across jobsites and regions.
• Develop and execute a multi‑year account strategy focused on safety, productivity, uptime and workforce efficiency.
• Build relationships with decision‑makers in procurement, safety, operations, project management and executive leadership.
• Identify and replace higher‑risk or inefficient methods with DEWALT solutions.
• Lead business reviews, account planning sessions and implementation roadmaps tied to measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate pilot programs, field evaluations and rollout plans for long‑term standardization.
• Collaborate with field sales, trade specialists, product teams, training and marketing to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Monitor pipeline, adoption trends and forecast accuracy, reporting progress to internal leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic account management within the construction industry.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success driving adoption of professional‑grade tools or solutions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
