National Account Manager – Hyperscalers – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a National Account Manager focused on hyperscaler data center customers. This remote position will lead the overall strategy to increase adoption of DEWALT tools and jobsite solutions across mission‑critical construction and operations environments.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow strategic national relationships with major hyperscaler data center accounts.
• Develop and execute multi‑year account plans that drive adoption of tools, accessories, connected jobsite solutions and standardized equipment.
• Align DEWALT offerings with customer priorities such as safety, productivity, uptime and speed of deployment.
• Build strong relationships with decision‑makers across procurement, construction, facilities, safety and executive leadership.
• Lead business reviews, account planning sessions and implementation roadmaps tied to measurable outcomes.
• Drive pilot programs, field evaluations and rollout plans to support product adoption and standardization across multiple sites.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing enterprise‑level accounts in mission‑critical or data‑center environments.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of identifying growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and lead complex, multi‑site engagements.
