Multisite Maintenance Technician – West End & Lineage

About the role

The Multisite Maintenance Technician ensures that buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas across the West End District and Lineage at Willow Creek meet Greystar’s standards for safety, appearance and functionality. The role combines routine repairs, preventive maintenance and resident service in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and perform repairs, including appliance troubleshooting.
• Prepare apartments for new move‑ins by completing the “make‑ready” process.
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior buildings, parking areas and common spaces.
• Assist with vendor coordination and other property‑related duties.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment.

Required profile

• Experience with safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools and mechanical equipment.
• Background in painting, entry‑level carpentry, appliance repair and basic plumbing.
• Professional demeanor and strong communication abilities.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
