Multimedia Producer

About the role

FC Dallas is seeking a proactive Multimedia Producer to create and deliver video content across the club’s digital platforms. You will work closely with players, coaches, media, and internal teams to produce engaging visual stories that represent the FC Dallas brand.

Key responsibilities

• Shoot, edit, and produce video for social media, the club website, and MLS Season Pass on Apple TV.
• Cover matches, practices, interviews, community events, and other assigned team activities.
• Operate video equipment to capture on‑field and off‑field footage.
• Organize and catalog all media assets in the department’s library.
• Generate creative content ideas in collaboration with FC Dallas and partner organizations.
• Maintain high‑quality publishing standards consistent with the club’s brand.
• Support the Media & Communications team with daily tasks and collaborate with Social Media, Marketing, and Sponsorship teams.

Required profile

• Self‑starter with a passion for soccer and storytelling.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast‑paced, news‑driven environment.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Team‑oriented, collaborative, and communicative.

Required skills

• Bachelor’s degree in broadcast, journalism, communications, digital media or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in videography, communications, or production for sports, entertainment, or similar organizations.
• Proficiency with video equipment and editing software.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Adobe Premiere.
