Multi-Site Maintenance Technician – Marina Cove

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Multi‑Site Maintenance Technician to support its Marina Cove community. The role involves ensuring that the building, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for safety, appearance and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and completing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, coordinating vendors, procuring supplies and inspecting completed work.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies and equipment, track usage and notify the supervisor when re‑ordering is needed.
• Complete all required documentation and paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Maintain grounds and common areas by removing trash, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, general cleaning and painting curbs or signage as required.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing rather than replacing parts whenever possible and minimizing material waste.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in residential or commercial property maintenance.
• Ability to work Tuesday‑Saturday schedule with on‑call availability.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety and code standards.

Required skills

• Basic mechanical and technical repair skills.
• Experience with work‑order management and inventory tracking.
