Multi-Site Leasing Professional

About the role

The Multi‑Site Leasing Professional is responsible for coordinating marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals. This role handles all leasing activities from prospect qualification to move‑in, while ensuring resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct community tours, show apartments, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, ensure readiness, and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including resident referral and employer outreach programs.
• Utilize property‑management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Maintain show‑unit quality, inspect marketing corridors, and prepare the leasing office for daily activities.
• Support lease renewal program by preparing renewal letters, contacting residents, and ensuring timely signing.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license (required for operating a golf cart on the property).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance) and work in all weather conditions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with OneSite or Yardi property‑management software.
• Experience using internet marketing tools such as Craigslist, Facebook, and email platforms.
