Multi-Building Security Officer (Part-Time)

About the role

Allied Universal, a security and facility services company, is hiring a part-time Security Officer in Lodi, California. The guard serves and safeguards clients across a range of industries such as commercial real estate, healthcare, education and government, working on multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Carry out regular and random patrols around the business and its perimeter; working conditions may vary by client site.

Required profile

• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Subject to a background investigation and a drug screen, to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state and local laws and may be needed before employment; a valid driver's license is required only for driving positions.
