About the role
Enterprise Management Solutions LLC is seeking a dependable Moving Team Lead to supervise movers, operate trucks, and ensure each move is completed safely, on schedule, and profitably for the client Zebulon Perry Expediters.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor moving crews on residential, commercial and specialty moves.
- Conduct pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections, load trucks safely and report any maintenance issues.
- Coordinate daily job activities, manage inventory, and complete all required paperwork.
- Provide on‑site customer service, resolve issues, and verify satisfaction before job completion.
- Identify upsell opportunities and ensure additional services are approved and documented.
Required profile
- Previous experience in moving, logistics, warehouse or transportation operations.
- Valid commercial driver’s license and proven crew‑leadership abilities.
- Strong reliability, flexible availability and ability to work variable schedules.
