Monetization Growth Product Manager

About the role

As a Product Manager focused on monetization, you’ll own one of the most important growth levers for ClassDojo: building a consumer revenue engine that feels deeply aligned with user value.

Key responsibilities

• Design and scale monetization experiences that millions of families choose to pay for and love using.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, data, and marketing to craft and iterate high‑quality experiments that drive user delight and business impact.
• Shape subscription experience, pricing, bundling, positioning, and conversion flows using research, behavioral insight, data, and intuition.
• Operate with high autonomy, partnering directly with co‑founders and product leaders to define and deliver long‑term strategy.
• Scale successful monetization solutions globally to support the mission of helping every child reach their full potential.

Required profile

• 5+ years of growth product management experience shipping at‑scale consumer products, including at least one company with >1M users.
• Proven success driving revenue growth through creative, user‑centric monetization strategies.
• Strategic product thinker with strong analytical mindset, comfortable exploring data and validating hypotheses.
• Excellent cross‑functional leadership, collaborating effectively with engineering, design, data, marketing, and leadership.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to articulate product vision, strategy, and trade‑offs.
