About the role

Join KONE in Las Vegas as a Modernization Supervisor, leading local modernization operations and ensuring safe, efficient project delivery for our elevator and building‑door solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Review bid documents and survey job requirements with sales teams for upcoming modernization projects.
• Lead and coordinate a union‑represented workforce on complex job sites, ensuring daily site readiness and safety compliance.
• Manage project profitability by overseeing financials, resource allocation, and cost control.
• Develop and deliver learning opportunities for team members and track overall performance against schedule.
• Collaborate with all organizational levels to achieve business goals and adopt new technologies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of construction or service experience with supervisory responsibility, preferably in a union environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or at least 7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and team performance on modernization jobs.
