Model F Machine Operator

About the role

Join Nestlé’s Springville facility as a Model F Operator, responsible for running the Model F machine that produces cheese and related products. You will work 10‑hour rotating shifts, ensuring product quality and meeting production targets.

Key responsibilities

• Gather all equipment, recipes and calibrate scales before each shift to operate the Model F machine.
• Complete and verify all required paperwork, including scrap and work‑in‑process tickets.
• Eliminate cheese waste, monitor product appearance, odor and proper labeling throughout the shift.
• Remove condensation from walls, equipment and ceilings before start‑up and monitor during production.
• Follow the Springville Compass in all work‑related activities.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Team Leader.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; basic proficiency in English.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and work overtime as needed.
• At least 90 days of food manufacturing experience in a Nestlé factory is preferred.
• Basic computer data‑entry skills.
