Mod Superintendent – Construction Site Leader

About the role

Join KONE as a Mod Superintendent and lead local installation operations on construction sites in Grand Rapids or Ann Arbor. You will ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence while collaborating with general contractors and multiple subcontractors.

Key responsibilities

• Guide the team on construction sites, ensuring compliance with code requirements and building systems knowledge.
• Coordinate with general contractors, manage resources, and monitor safety guidelines.
• Track schedule performance and provide learning opportunities for team members.

Required profile

• 5+ years of relevant construction experience, preferably supervising a union‑represented workforce.
• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to manage schedules and team performance.

Required skills

• Understanding of building codes and systems.
• Experience leading teams on construction sites with multiple subcontractors.

• Annual base salary ranging from $109,600 to $144,000.
