Mobile App Developer – Build AI-Powered Apps

About the role

Join Reconstruct’s Visual Command Center team to create mobile applications that leverage AI and machine learning for managing large-scale assets such as data centers, airports, hospitals, and water‑treatment facilities. You will translate the company’s vision into clean, high-quality code for Android and iOS platforms, working on the full product lifecycle from concept to launch.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement user‑interface components that meet customer specifications, and develop new features for both Android (Java/Kotlin) and iOS (Swift) applications, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks, continuously improving app stability and usability through systematic testing and iterative refinements.
• Collaborate closely with fellow mobile developers, back‑end engineers, front‑end developers, and UI/UX designers throughout the entire development cycle to deliver cohesive, high‑quality solutions.
• Engage directly with end‑users to gather precise requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure the delivered product meets their expectations and adds measurable value.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a closely related technical discipline, providing a solid foundation in programming principles.
• Minimum of three years proven experience as a mobile app developer, having built and shipped applications that integrate a variety of APIs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, coupled with a demonstrated capacity to own projects, multitask, lead technical initiatives, and work both independently and within a team.
• A strong portfolio showcasing previously released mobile applications, illustrating competence in design, development, and successful market deployment.
