MLR Strategy Lead for Falcon AI (US)

About the role

Veeva is building Falcon MLR, an AI‑driven application that reviews medical, legal and regulatory promotional material for the life‑sciences industry. As the US MLR Strategy Lead you will own the quality of the reviewer experience across the United States and work directly with the founding team to shape a product used by top pharmaceutical companies.

Key responsibilities

• Maximize reviewer agreement with Falcon’s findings across the US market.
• Lead the regulatory monitoring system together with engineering and product teams.
• Operationalize the reviewer‑feedback loop, turning customer inputs into product improvements.
• Investigate and resolve why Falcon flagged content, analysing agent traces and fixing root causes.
• Automate recurring review tasks through AI‑driven workflows.
• Own quality benchmarks and collaborate cross‑functionally on review quality.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience reviewing MLR/PRC promotional material in pharma, biotech or an agency.
• Deep knowledge of US FDA/OPDP requirements and the PhRMA Code.
• Experience reviewing both HCP‑directed and consumer‑directed materials against prescribing information.
• Ability to learn dense regulatory and legal material quickly and demonstrate results.
• Daily use of AI to automate parts of your work and a desire to expand that capability.
• High agency and entrepreneurial spirit, having built something of your own.
• Practical experience with Vault PromoMats for reviews, annotations and claims libraries.
• US residency.
