ML Engineer – Analytics

About the role

Infosys' Data and Analytics (DNA) unit is seeking an ML Engineer focused on analytics to transform data into actionable insights. You will work on advanced AI and machine‑learning solutions that drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop data preparation pipelines and identify patterns or anomalies.
• Ensure data readiness for advanced modeling and forecasting.
• Design, build, test, and deploy models for complex use cases, including LLM‑based solutions.
• Optimize algorithms for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Provide guidance on best practices and mentor team members.
• Maintain and improve existing models to enhance accuracy and reliability.
• Apply governance controls to mitigate risks associated with model deployment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in data preparation, model development, testing, and deployment.
• Ability to work with large datasets and identify data quality issues.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on delivering business‑oriented solutions.
• Experience guiding junior team members and promoting best‑practice standards.
• Familiarity with governance and risk‑mitigation processes for AI solutions.
