Mitigation Technician – Restoration Services

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Mitigation Technician to join our restoration team. You will work hands‑on to assess and restore properties affected by water, fire, or mold damage, ensuring safety and quality throughout the process.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of properties impacted by water, fire, or mold.
• Perform water damage restoration, fire soot and smoke cleaning, and mold remediation.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools for cleaning, carpet cleaning, and other restoration tasks.
• Follow safety protocols, including asbestos abatement when required.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area in line with company standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in water damage, fire restoration, or mold remediation.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools used in the restoration industry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
