Mission Critical Architect (Hybrid)

About the role

Woolpert is seeking a Mission Critical Architect to join its Buildings Team. The role works on highly complex facilities for leading technology clients, offering a hybrid work schedule across several U.S. offices.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the overall design and execution of projects from concept through completion.
• Collaborate directly with firm leaders and major technology clients on challenging, multidisciplinary projects.
• Apply creative and technical expertise to ensure projects meet the highest standards.

Required profile

• Master’s Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 6 years of architectural experience, preferably on complex, mission‑critical projects.
• Strong design, execution, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams on technically demanding projects.
• Commitment to staying current with architectural technologies, materials, and sustainability practices.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Autodesk Revit for project development and documentation.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.).
• Experience using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign.
