Mid-Market Account Executive (MarTech)

About the role

We are hiring a Mid‑Market Account Executive – MarTech as the second AE hire for an all‑in‑one marketing measurement platform. You will sell to VPs of Marketing & Growth at consumer brands, closing mid‑market deals in the $15K–$50K ACV range while helping shape the go‑to‑market motion as the company scales beyond $2M ARR.

Key responsibilities

• Close full‑cycle mid‑market deals (1–3 month sales cycles), dedicating 60–70% of time to closing.
• Generate and qualify your own pipeline, spending 30–40% of time on prospecting.
• Build relationships with marketing agency partners that refer clients.
• Advise customers on attribution, conversion tracking, and marketing measurement.
• Move up‑market on larger $50K–$100K+ deals to complement the existing AE.
• Provide structured customer insights to product for roadmap influence.
• Collaborate with Marketing and agency partners to develop new pipeline channels.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including at least 1 year of quota‑carrying closing experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota on $10K–$100K ACV mid‑market deals.
• Experience selling technical MarTech, analytics, or performance‑marketing solutions.
• Ability to speak credibly about attribution, conversion tracking, and marketing measurement.
• Comfort operating autonomously in an early‑stage, lean environment.
• Based in NYC and able to work onsite five days a week.
