Merchandiser – Temporary with potential full-time

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our merchandising team in Portland. This temporary position (first 90 days) offers the chance to convert to a full‑time role with benefits, working directly with our iconic beer and spirits brands on store shelves.

Key responsibilities

• Stock and arrange products on store shelves and point‑of‑sale displays, ensuring optimal presentation.
• Perform physically demanding tasks such as bending, twisting, and lifting up to 180 lb throughout the shift.
• Transport and set up promotional materials and POS displays as needed.
• Maintain reliable personal vehicle for route travel and adhere to scheduled routes.
• Work overtime when required to complete merchandising tasks.

Required profile

• At least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift, load, unload and move products weighing up to 180 lb.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Pass a post‑offer background check and drug screening.
• Commitment to safety policies with zero tolerance for violations.
