Merchandiser – Full‑time (Orlando, FL)

About the role

As a Merchandiser for Breakthru Beverage you will creatively showcase our brands by building displays, managing inventory and ensuring optimal product placement. The role involves traveling to customer locations across the Sanford/Winter Springs territory, primarily serving Total Wine stores and the broader market. You will work in a fun, family‑based culture with a focus on sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Daily merchandising in new and existing accounts, including stocking, rotating shelves, building displays and managing POS materials.
• Executing store resets for remodels, grand openings or seasonal changes to maintain brand visibility.
• Building strong relationships with key accounts, gathering feedback and communicating opportunities to the sales team.
• Identifying opportunities to expand shelf and cold‑box facings, and reporting out‑of‑stock or new‑item situations.

Required profile

• 21 years or older, high‑school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and ability to lift 45‑65 lb.
• Strong customer‑service, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to work occasional weekends and maintain professionalism on the road.

What we offer

• Hourly rate of $19.00.
• Car allowance of $2,400 per year.
• Sign‑on bonus of $500.
• P‑card (gas card) providing $300 per month for fuel.
