Merchandiser – Full-time Sales Position

As a Merchandiser at Breakthru Beverage, you will creatively showcase our brands through building displays, managing inventory and product placement. Key responsibilities

• Daily merchandising in new and existing accounts, including stocking and rotating shelves.
• Building and maintaining product displays and point‑of‑sale material.
• Executing store resets for remodels, grand openings, or seasonal changes.
• Building strong rapport with key accounts and gathering feedback on merchandising activities.
• Identifying brand and category opportunities and expanding shelf and cold‑box facings.
• Communicating out‑of‑stock or new‑item opportunities to the sales team.
• Learning and growing knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits for customers.
• Handling beverage alcohol products responsibly and ensuring safe public interactions.
• Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• 21 years of age or older, preferably with a high‑school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professionalism, sound judgment, and ability to work occasional weekends.
• Physical capability to lift and carry 45–65 pounds regularly.
