Merchandiser – Central Denver Metro

About the role

Breakthru Beverage is looking for a motivated Merchandiser to support its brands across the central Denver metro area. You will work directly with retail accounts, building displays, stocking shelves and ensuring product placement aligns with brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily merchandising in new and existing accounts, including stocking, rotating shelves and building point‑of‑sale displays.
• Manage POS materials, reset stores for remodels, grand openings or seasonal changes.
• Develop strong relationships with key account contacts and relay feedback to the sales team.
• Identify opportunities to increase shelf and cold‑box facings and report out‑of‑stock or new‑item situations.
• Maintain knowledge of beer, wine and spirit brands and educate customers accordingly.
• Safely handle alcoholic beverages and conduct responsible interactions with the public.

Required profile

• At least 21 years of age, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
• Excellent customer service, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional judgment and the ability to work occasional weekends.
• Physical capability to lift and carry 45‑65 lb and to climb ladders as needed.

Required skills

What we offer

• Hourly wage of $20.00.
• Annual car allowance of $2,400 and a company‑issued gas card.
• $500 sign‑on bonus.
