Mental Health Therapist – 1099 Contractor – U.S. Virgin Islands

About the role

LyraLyra Clinical Associates, in partnership with Lyra Health, is seeking independently licensed therapists to provide culturally responsive, evidence‑based therapy to children, adults, couples, and families in the U.S. Virgin Islands. This 1099 contractor role offers flexible scheduling and administrative support while allowing you to work in‑person through your own practice.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver evidence‑based mental health treatment (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT) to a diverse client base.
• Manage clinical risk and respond to crises as needed.
• Maintain accurate, measurement‑based documentation and promote skills practice.

Required profile

• Master’s or doctoral degree in a clinical track (MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, PsyD).
• Unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD) with no disciplinary history.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and have office space in the Virgin Islands.

Required skills

• Proficiency in ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT therapeutic modalities.
• Experience with measurement‑based care and clinical best practices.
• Ability to provide in‑person care to children, adults, couples, and families.
